Enzo Fernandez made history. The 22-year-old Argentine midfielder joined English club Chelsea from Portuguese club Benfica for 1,399 crores (12 million euros) on transfer deadline day yesterday. This is the record for the highest spending by any English club. Enzo is now the most expensive footballer in the history of the English Premier League. He is also the most expensive among Argentine footballers.
