Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has been a long time coming.

The film is set to hit theaters on February 16, 2019, and is sure to be one of the biggest films of this year.

The film stars Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, and Forest Whitaker.

The movie is directed by Ryan Coogler who also wrote the screenplay with Joe Robert Cole. It was produced by Kevin Feige for Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures through its brand label Marvel Entertainment.

The movie received rave reviews from critics who called it "a masterwork" (USA Today), "a must-see" (Entertainment Weekly), "a milestone" (Variety), and "a reminder of the power of cinema" (The Guardian).

It's Wakanda forever!

If you're not one of those people who's seen Black Panther, you're wondering what it was all about. It's a movie about black people in Africa, right? Well, yes and no. You see, Black Panther takes place in a fictional African country called Wakanda - but it's also meant to represent Africa as a whole.

In Wakanda, there are two tribes: the royal family of the technologically advanced Golden Tribe and the ordinary citizens of the Black Panther Tribe. Both tribes have their strengths and weaknesses:

The Golden Tribe is ruled by a king named T'Challa (played by Chadwick Boseman), while his brother Nakia (Lupita Nyong'o) works to ensure that everyone in Wakanda has equal access to resources.

The Black Panther tribe is represented by our hero T'Challa's ex-girlfriend Nakia and her new boyfriend Okoye (Danai Gurira). They work together with their allies Claw (Andy Serkis), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M'Baku (Winston Duke), Ayo (Florence Kasumba), Nakia's sister Shuri's husband Ramonda (Angela Bassett), and Okoye.

Black Panther is a 2018 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. It is the eighteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film was directed by Ryan Coogler and written and produced by Kevin Feige. Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa/Black Panther and Michael B. as N'Jobu/Killmonger. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o as Nakia/Nakia, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Daniel Kaluuya as W'Kabi, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Winston Duke as M'Baku/Man-Ape and Forest Whittaker as Zuri.

The film tells the story of T'Challa, who returns to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to take his place as king after the death of his father. However, when an old enemy reappears on the radar, T'Challa's mettle as king—and Black Panther—is tested when he is drawn into a conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk.

Black Panther was released in theaters on February 16, 2018, in IMAX and 3D formats with a runtime of 163 minutes.

The Black Panther is the most anticipated movie of 2018—and we're not just saying that because it stars Chadwick Boseman, who's been around since the days of The Get Down.

The film has been praised for its strong female characters, including T'Challa (Boseman) and his love interest Nakia (Lupita Nyong'o). It has also been praised for its storyline and fast-paced action sequences.

But what about its musical score?

Well, if you haven't heard any of the songs yet, you're in luck!
